At Evergreen Organics, we believe food should nourish more than just the body, it should nourish the planet and the soul. We’re Qatar’s first fully plant-based café, built on a simple idea: to make clean, wholesome, and conscious food accessible to everyone.

Founded in 2016, Evergreen started as a small dream with a big purpose, to inspire a healthier, more sustainable way of living. Today, we’re more than just a café. We’re a community, a movement, and a daily reminder that every choice we make matters.

We work closely with local farms, use organic and ethically sourced ingredients, and design our spaces with reclaimed and sustainable materials, because what we serve on the plate should reflect how we care for the world.

Whether you’re stopping by for your morning smoothie or sitting down for a nourishing bowl, Evergreen is a space to feel good, do good, and be part of something bigger.

Meet the Founders

Evergreen Organics was born from the shared vision of Ghanim Al-Sulaiti and Joujou Al Fardan, two Qataris deeply committed to creating meaningful change. Ghanim, a long-time advocate for plant-based living and sustainability, set out to redefine the food culture in Qatar. Joujou, a wellness entrepreneur and advanced yoga teacher, brought her passion for mindful living and community building. Together, they created Evergreen not just as a café, but as a reflection of their values, a space rooted in health, compassion, and purpose. What started as a dream to serve honest, nourishing food has grown into a movement that’s inspiring others to live more consciously every day.
