We understand the nutritional needs and daily lifestyles of everyone is different. To cater to this we have introduced three different Meal Plans.
This plan is for people who don't want to lose or gain any weight but still aim to adopt a greener healthier eating habits and want to follow a vegan lifestyle that's balanced with protein and all other nutrients.
Clean and Lean
Weight loss plan is a high fiber, low fat, low calorie diet. This plan is carefully designed to supply your system with all the nutrients needed when in caloric deficit, and to keep hunger at bay. With this plan, you’ll be having a morning elixir, well balanced filling breakfast and lunch, rich salad for dinner, sweet snack and fresh portion of fruit. It's available in 2 options: 1200 and 1600 calories.
People involved in resistance training strive to develop a musculature structure for aesthetic purpose and general fitness. For muscle growth, nutrition plays a key role. A person should be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle. Plus, protein is of a special importance; an intake of 1.4 to 2g per kg is needed. This program is designed to meet your needs: 2800 calories serving 125g of protein, respectively.

Our meals are lovingly created by our in house vegan chefs to offer the maximum nutrition to ensure all of our meals are packed with the nutrition your body needs.

How it works

  • Complete the order in-store or via our online shop.
  • Payment will be processed at the time of completing the order.
  • The Meal Plan is for six full days; on the seventh day we encourage you to make your own vegan meals.
  • The Meal Plan starts on Sunday each week.
  • Meals are delivered directly to your chosen location for you to eat the next day. *Area restrictions apply.
  • *Currently we are only able to deliver to Doha and Al Wakrah areas.
