This plan is for people who don't want to lose or gain any weight but still aim to adopt a greener healthier eating habits and want to follow a vegan lifestyle that's balanced with protein and all other nutrients.
Weight Loss
Weight loss plan is a high fiber, low fat, low calorie diet. This plan is carefully designed to supply your system with all the nutrients needed when in caloric deficit, and to keep hunger at bay. With this plan, you’ll be having a morning elixir, well balanced filling breakfast and lunch, rich salad for dinner, sweet snack and fresh portion of fruit. It's available in 2 options: 1200 and 1600 calories.
Muscle Building
People involved in resistance training strive to develop a musculature structure for aesthetic purpose and general fitness. For muscle growth, nutrition plays a key role. A person should be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle. Plus, protein is of a special importance; an intake of 1.4 to 2g per kg is needed. This program is designed to meet these needs with 2 options for you: 2800 and 3400 calories serving 125g and 150g of protein, respectively.
